Though you’re likely to catch a cold, of course, other viruses and bacteria that can get you sick can’t survive in such cold conditions. The cold also kickstarts your immune system into gear helping you fight off infections. Aside from that it also helps you sleep better, helps you think more clearly, and burn more calories. The cool weather is also great for your skin as it helps reduce inflammations and puffiness.

In Baguio City, you’ll never run out of fresh and cheap organic food. Plenty of farmers in the region still keep to natural and clean methods to grow their crops. So, keeping a healthy and well-balanced diet here wouldn’t be much of a problem as you can fill yourself up with as much produce as you want.
