When I started to practice the business of real estate in Metro Baguio. I have seen allot of malpractices on this industry and mentioning it, will make this page full, literally and figuratively. To make it short, I can’t deny that there are allot of scrupulous practitioners on this industry, including shady brokerage companies and even real estate developers. That prey on innocent individuals, to buy questionable properties and false promises that would haunt them the next day.

GIVING BACK

The Goal

My aim is to give back to our mother earth in the best way that I can and I know it sounds too cliche. But!, please hear me out. If a client successfully purchased a property through me, then a chunk of my professional fee goes to the purchasing of a pine tree seedling. So, the bigger the property value the better, for the reason that I can purchase additional ready to plant tree seedlings.  

That is why I made a personal goal for me to plant one hundred thousand (100,000) Benguet Pine Trees till 2025. As of this posting Benguet pine tree seedling cost around Twenty pesos (Php 20.00) to Twenty five pesos (Php 25.00) per seedling on the local growers. That would initially cost around two million pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) to two  million five hundred thousand pesos (Php 2,500,000.00) just to acquire one hundred thousand saplings. 

Not including the logistics cost to plant in the forest or watershed reserves. This is why I am also open to small donations for this to really happen. I hope you can help me on this nice endeavor for mother nature and I will include a donate paypal button soon. Likewise, you can help me by referring a good client who is ready to buy a property in Metro Baguio.
